Realtor Coursework and Professional Development

Realtors are required to be licensed by the state in which they work. Each state sets its own requirements, but in the State of Ohio, you are required to satisfactorily complete 120 hours of coursework to sit for the real estate exam. Once you complete the coursework and pass the exam, you must complete an additional 20-hour course focused on post-licensing issues and knowledge.
